What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting our superstar property managers in and out of the office like the admin legend you are

Scheduling inspections, sending smiles (aka emails), and chasing up the occasional late rent (with charm!)

Liaising with tenants, tradies, and owners—sometimes all at once (don’t worry, we’ve got your back)

Keeping our systems updated and our files fresher than a newly renovated kitchen
You’ll Shine If You

Have a keen eye for detail and a great sense of humour

Are tech-savvy and not afraid of a CRM (or at least willing to learn)

Love working in a fast-paced, team-first environment

Can juggle tasks like a pro (actual juggling skills optional)
