How it works.
Market your property
Ensure you have arranged to pay for your property marketing cost using Campain Agent’s Pay Later service.
Complete the Home Preparation Loan Application
Fill in the online form and confirm the amount you’d like to borrow.
Receive your funds
The loan application must be completed and signed by all vendors on title. Once your loan application has been assessed and approved, the funds will be transferred into the nominated account within 3 business days.
Repay at settlement or withdrawal
If you withdraw the property from sale, repayment of the loan is due immediately. If your property has sold, your agency or conveyancer will organise repayment of the loan when settlement occurs*

*Home Preparation loans incur a flat 6.9% fee, with no penalty interest and no late payment fees. In the event that the full amount of the funding and fees is not paid in full, CampaignAgent reserves the right to place a caveat on the property. ^You can borrow a minimum of $2,000 up to a maximum of 2% of the estimated sale price of the property or $25,000 combined per VPAPay and Home Preparation Loan. Loan repayment is due on the earlier of settlement, early deposit release, withdrawal, or the Pay Later Date (6 months from loan commencement).
